TSO Qualification Training Instructor

Key Role:

Train 361 ISRG personnel in accordance with the Tactical Systems Operator (TSO) Qualification Training (TSO-QT) course syllabus requirements as a flight instructor. Prepare course curriculum, coordinate, schedule, and conduct classroom, emulator, or in-flight instruction. Develop or maintain responsibility for curriculum and student materials, including in-flight and Tactical Systems Emulator (TSE) related training materials, in accordance with the TSO-QT syllabus of instruction (SOI).  Provide written and verbal post-mission performance feedback to students and other stakeholders. Liaise as subject matter expert between client organization and elements of the intelligence community. Perform administrative duties associated with TSO-QT. This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with flight instructor

-Experience with curriculum or training development

-Ability to achieve and maintain instructor qualifications in accordance with evolving requirements

-Ability to complete an FAA Class III Flight Physical

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-OTT approved instructor Certification, required

-USAF Form 8 or other Certifications

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with 500 flight hours for candidates without a previous instructor qualification

-Experience with Microsoft Suite

-Experience with the Tactical Systems Emulator

-Ability to work with teams or independently, as required

-Ability to analyze and provide proposed solutions to complex problems

-Ability to adapt to challenging and dynamic situations

-BA or BS degree, preferred
