Voice and Data Communications Administrator

Key Role:
Support a government client in circuit management and support the client’s circuit manager in operating and managing communications and internal networks. Use computer software, including a Web-based order entry system, repository system, shared trackers, and an organization mailbox. Build, submit, track, and close out service requests and orders. Maintain relationships to serve clients. Provide timely responses to new and ongoing requests. Assist with technical project management and briefing materials for the client’s circuit manager. Gather technical information to build and submit service requests, interpret service orders and status of acquisition messages, complete delayed service requests (DSR), and in-effect reports (IERs), and close out requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with providing timely responses to clients
-Experience with Web-based order entry systems, repository systems and shared trackers
-Ability to assist with project management and briefing materials for the client
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with building and submitting telecommunications service requests (TSRs) or related systems
-Experience with interpreting telecommunications service orders and status of acquisition messages (SAMs) or related systems
-Experience with completing delayed service requests and in-effect or similar reports
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent analytical skills
