Vulnerability Management Team Lead

Key Role:

Apply expertise in monitoring, analyzing, detecting, and responding to Cyber events and incidents within information systems and networks. Contribute to an integrated, dynamic Cyber defense and leverage Cybersecurity solutions to deliver Cybersecurity operational services, including intrusion detection and prevention, situational awareness of network intrusions, security events and data spillage, and incident response actions. Support and implement the infrastructure hardware and software which are required to effectively manage the organization’s Cybersecurity operational services. Provide leadership and mentoring for junior employees. Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Work on unusually complex problems and provide solutions that are highly creative. Act as a leader on large programs and projects that affect the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with IT program and project management

-5+ years of experience with IT program management in the Army, DoD, or intelligence community (IC)

-Knowledge of policies, procedures, development, and implementation of vulnerability identification, scanning, analysis, remediation tactics, and reporting

-Knowledge of risk analysis and vulnerability remediation plan development

-Knowledge of DoD 8500 series, NIST SP 800 series, DoD regulations and instructions, including 8570-01, DoDI 8530.01, CJCSI 6510.01, or Risk Management Framework (RMF)

-Top Secret clearance

-BS degree

-DoD 8570 IAT III Certification, including CISSP, CISA, GCIH, CASP, or GCED

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
