Weapons School Intelligence Instructor

Key Role:

Provide US Air Force course and intelligence support. Analyze a variety of information and intelligence regarding the threats facing the systems, assets, and resources critical to the nation and develop relevant research studies and recommendations. Lead or participate in approved studies, as needed. Provide additional analysis in response to specific threats and incident reports, as needed. Manage program and project implementation and make significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts. Operate with direction from local client leadership to include threat and scenario instruction, materials development, course support, and other related activities. Provide instruction including advanced mission planning and advanced intelligence instructor fundamentals.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience with Air Force intelligence, including a Mission Ready (MR) status in a primary duty position

-3 years of experience with supporting systems providing tactical or operational support, including the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission-design series (MDS)

-Experience with Air Force Instructions, including AFTTP 3-1
-TS/SCI clearance

-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as an instructor

-Experience with combat intelligence support preferred

-Ability to work on a distributed team

-Ability to be eligible for Special Access Programs
-BA or BS degree
-Completion of Instructor Training

-Instructional Design Certification

-Air Force Instructor or equivalent Certification
