Web Operations Planner

Key Role:

Manage the organization's day-to-day advertising and marketing, media relations, creative editorial, and design services. Advise top management on the development of communications policies and advertising programs and the management of public relations issues. Communicate and brief senior executives on requirements, statuses, and predictions of programs and course of action recommendations.


Basic Qualifications:

-15 years of experience working in a professional environment

-Experience with the development of military information support operations (MISO) plans and programs and tactical and operational integration supporting military operations

-Experience in communicating with senior executives regarding requirements, statuses, and predictions of programs and course of action recommendations

-Experience with Microsoft Word, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and coordinate tasks

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-8 years of experience with MISO

-Experience with operational-level MISO and IO planning at the brigade or numbered air force-level or above

-Experience with the MISO product development process, staff processes, and strategy development to synchronize social media analysis with operations

-Experience with effective MISO teamworking and collaborative skill sets

-Experience in online and social media engagement

-Knowledge of threat actors, various cultures, and problem sets in the AFRICOM AOR a plus

-Completion of the U.S Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course, Joint Information Operations Planning Course, or Information Operations Integration Course
