Wing Cryptologic Training Center Lead

Key Role:

Manage the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (ISRW) training center and training offerings. Develop and manage curriculum and arrange cryptologic and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) training for newly-assigned ISRW personnel based on their career fields and experience. Continue to develop individuals’ cryptologic and analytical skills and knowledge and familiarity with Air Force ISR tools and initiatives, including critical thinking, advanced analytical techniques, and analytical problem-solving. Identify ISRW training requirements and gaps, procure existing training if available or convey new requirements to ISRW, and assist the ISRW with conveying to higher headquarters. Coordinate with national, DoD, and service training organizations, as necessary. Assist with the development and application of Wing innovation capability.


Basic Qualifications:

-12+ years of experience as a service cryptologic component intelligence officer, SIGINT analyst, or cryptologic language analyst

-2+ years of experience as unit training branch manager or instructor, formal technical instructor, national agency adjunct faculty, instructor rated operator or operational evaluator, or military language instructor

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint

-Knowledge of the Air Force service cryptologic component and national cryptologic enterprise, intelligence community, Joint, and DoD intelligence structures, organizations, missions, functions, inter-relationships, operations, and capabilities

-Current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-AA or AS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as a training curriculum developer

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree preferred; MA or MS degree a plus

-Military Cryptologic Continuing Education Program (MCCEP) Phase 3 or Phase 4

-Completion of Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC)

-Completion of Remote Interactive Operator Training (RIOT)

-Graduate of a Cryptologic 3-year internship, including Middle Enlisted Cryptologic Career Advancement Program (MECCAP) or Joint Officers Cryptologic Career Program (JOCCP)

-Service Technical Instructor, Academic Instructor, or National Cryptologic School Adjunct Faculty Certification


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
