Workforce Analytics Consultant, Senior

Key Role:

Work on a dynamic team with a government organization on the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent acquisition, talent development, and workforce analytic strategies. Apply knowledge of human capital strategy, process improvement, requirements gathering and information, and HR systems and tools to help develop a strategic direction for the way that government organizations recruit, hire, assign and develop its workforce. Develop and maintain responsibility for requirements information, including requirements traceability matrix artifacts and associated data, and work with IT developers to translate requirements into systems delivery. Serve as a team member for the project by assisting with managing delivery and client relationships.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with delivering management consulting services to the federal government

-Experience in building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or management consulting environment

-Experience working with IT and systems requirements, including gathering and maintaining requirements and related artifacts

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in delivering management consulting services to the federal government

-Experience in working with or developing HR systems and tools for the federal government

-Knowledge of documenting business rules and impacted processes or systems

-Knowledge of documenting functional specifications

-Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites

-Possession of excellent leadership, analysis, data gathering skills

-Possession of oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent analytical skills in some of the following fields: recruiting, staffing, placing, position management, performance management, training and career development

-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment

-BA or BS degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Human Resource or Organizational Behavior emphasis, or Business Administration; MA or MS degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Human Resource or Organizational Behavior emphasis, or Business Administration

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
