Workforce Planner, Mid

Key Role:

Serve as a workforce planning consultant to help shape the vision and requirements for the organization’s workforce of the future. Provide human capital management-related analysis and assist strategic workforce planning framework activities to optimize the organization’s human capital strategy. Apply expertise to independently develop high-quality products, including analysis, benchmarking, reporting, strategy, and communications. Assist with analyzing large data sets, drawing conclusions from that data, and providing recommendations to leadership to help ensure that the workforce has the right skill mix.


Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with general management consulting functions, human resources, organizational development, or workforce planning

-Experience with using Microsoft Excel and its advanced formulas

-Ability to deliver clear, concise, and analytic reports

-Ability to comprehend data and draw conclusions from that data

-Ability to synthesize and analyze multiple views and data sets

-Ability to research customer needs

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) for the HR suite of tools

-Experience with Tableau

-Experience with creating briefings, training materials, and other communications

-Ability to facilitate client meetings and workshops to define client requirements and needs, including client training and knowledge transfer sessions, as required

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent data gathering skills

-MA or MS degree in Human Resource Management, Organization Behavior, Business, or a related field

-Human Capital Management Certification
