Workforce Requirements Analyst

Key Role:
Provide program management support and lead technical efforts in modeling of workforce requirements for the Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution System (PPBE) process for a Navy client. Contribute to assessment of current programs, including management initiatives, program integration, cost benefit analysis, development of metrics, and analysis of risk. Lead large-scale data collection, compilation, and analysis in preparation for annual budget submissions, identify potential programs, and recommend solutions through analysis. Maintain and update program documentation.


Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience with workforce planning

-Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access and designing and implementing VBA macros

-Experience with writing SQL queries

-Experience with data collection and analysis

-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

-Ability to develop, manage, and maintain quality relationships with clients

-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with managing direct reports

-Knowledge of Navy PPBE and personnel budgets and finances

-Knowledge of Navy shipbuilding programs
