Digital Experience Capability Strategist/Manager, Senior

Key Role:
Serve as part of Booz Allen Hamilton's Middle East and North Africa (MENA) digital and innovation practice. Conduct business and general management (GMC) consulting activities to drive the development of strategies related to Digital Experience (DX) projects, including national digital transformation and information and communication (ICT) strategies, DX strategies, DX operational services, such as DX management and measurement, customer research and synthesis, service modernization and DX design, implementation, and integration, delivery and operations, and customer service and engagement. Serve as an expert in Booz Allen Hamilton's MENA digital practice and support driving the development of the DX capability and delivery. Drive the development of business plans and business cases, financial and economic modeling, roadmaps, performance management systems and operating models. Diagnose customer journal data to develop successful growth strategies with clients by applying expertise in communications, DX/UX design best practices, mobile first and responsive design, mobile-first and responsive design, user-centered design and testing methodologies and subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns. Demonstrate expertise in customer experience and creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features. Leverage expertise in the industry's latest trends and technologies.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience as an Associate Experience Director or DX Lead

-Knowledge of UX software, including Sketch InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq and Adobe Creative Cloud, basic HTML5, Cascading Style Sheets Level 3 (CSS3), and JavaScript

-Knowledge of analytic tools, including Google Analytics, Hotjar, Kissmetrics, and Woopra

-MA or MS degree

-DX/UX Certification

Additional Qualification:

-MA or MS degree in Design, Visual Communication, Information Sciences, or Human-Computer Interaction preferred
