As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to evaluate and certify defense systems in support of US national security policy. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and provide recommendations on complicated threat systems. You’ll develop your skills in systems engineering while gaining experience in defense programs. You Have:
6+ years of experience with systems Analysis, design, development, or evaluation
Experience with Cameo
Experience with DoD Aircraft Systems
Knowledge of power delivery systems for efficient and reliable operations
Knowledge of data collection and analysis
Knowledge of system architecture and design methodologies
Ability to evaluate systems against technical requirements and identify concerns and issues
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
Nice If You Have:
Experience with AMAC systems and Model-Based Systems Engineering
Experience with Independent Verification and Validation
Experience with requirement traceability
Experience with logic devices and embedded systems or programming software
Experience with MIL-STD-464 and MIL-STD-461
Experience with Hazard of Electromagnetic Radiation to Ordnance
Ability to communicate advanced concepts in electrical engineering clearly and translate to non-technical individuals
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering a plus
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
