Knowledge Management Specialist

Key Role:

Assist the client as a knowledge management specialist, creating, developing, implementing, and maintaining a knowledge management program in line with the client’s knowledge management guidance and requirements. Enable collaboration of operational data to provide client with relevant information to make informed decisions. Prioritize the use of SharePoint while making suggestions to integrate new innovative knowledge management tools and technology. Train and educate front-end users of the knowledge management tools. Create, develop, implement, and maintain repeatable knowledge management best practices and processes for continual process improvement. Integrate information from throughout the organization to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information with internal and external clients.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a knowledge management specialist
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in collaborating with U.S. military leadership
  • Ability to meet all deadlines while remaining flexible with continually changing priorities
  • Ability to be a self-starter and manage competing priorities
  • Possession of excellent organizational skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
