Cyber Exercise Planner

Key Role:

Provide support to exercise design and planning activities to meet client training objectives and participates in Joint Event Lifecycle (JELC) events. Assist with the overall management of the planning, scheduling, and resourcing of the client participation and hosting of exercises. Support the client in the analysis and management of Cyber Mission Force training and readiness and the analysis of how the client is implementing the MOC concept. Maintain a plan of action and milestones supporting MOC accreditation and create exercise plans and materials for tabletops and “command post” exercises. Monitor MOC processes and reports on adherence to the MOC standard. Provide Cyber and SIGINT operational analysis expertise of client mission objectives and assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of client-led exercises and exercises conducted in support of higher headquarters. Serve as an advisor to senior client staff on matters related to exercises and support Cyber military exercises by developing scenarios, standing watch, and providing subject matter expertise.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with supporting cryptologic or Cyberspace missions
  • Experience in mission support as a military or government language or signals analyst related to acquiring, identifying, processing and reporting on electromagnetic emissions
  • Secret clearance 
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with organizing diverse groups to build a shared understanding of complex challenges
  • Experience with facilitating collective problem solving, analysis, and implementation of new solutions and best practices
  • Experience in working independently with some guidance

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
