Embedded Developer, Senior

The Challenge:

Are you looking to put your problem-solving prowess to the test in a rapidly evolving systems security research and development environment? You know that embedded application developers, reverse engineers, and vulnerability analysts all play key roles in the capability development lifecycle. As a Computer Network Operations (CNO) Capability Development Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to use skills in C/C++ and assembly language, scripting language, debugging, computer architectures, and networking protocols to support our government intelligence clients. We’re looking for someone like you to have a direct impact on the nation’s security.

On our team, you’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of software projects, technical capabilities, and product design. Working on an agile team of experts, you’ll perform reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis of diverse software problems. You’ll inform operational parameters for complex systems, as well as leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to influence the delivery of your work. You’ll determine what the art of the possible is – what can be done – and then you’ll bring it to life for your clients.

You Have: 

  • 12+ years of experience with Software System Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, or Testing
  • 6+ years of experience with Software development using C/C++ in Unix and Linux
  • 2+ years of experience with Python development
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • BA or BS degree

Nice if you have:

  • Experience with performing embedded software development with platform architectures, including Power PC, MIPS, and ARM x86
  • Experience in vulnerability analysis Working knowledge of common protocols and standards, including network protocols analysis and techniques, such as TCP, UDP, and Proprietary
  • Experience with Unit test development using software test frameworks, including CppUnit, GMock, and pytest
  • Experience with integrating software systems
  • Knowledge of requirements analysis and configuration management
  • Experience with Reverse engineering
  • Experience with DevOps using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo, Python scripting, pipeline development, understanding build systems, and automation.
  • Experience with Splunk

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility

requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
