National Cyber Platform Growth Leader

Key Role:

Serve as a key growth lead engaging with program managers and Intelligence Community (IC) clients to shape acquisition opportunities for Offensive and Defensive Cyber work across the IC. Identify mission critical work and suitable contracts to execute tactical sales, and pursue contracts and other whitespace work for new capabilities and emerging mission needs. Leverage leadership and extensive community relationships within the defense and offensive industry and with government clients. Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the client's senior management to comprehend their needs and link them to the organization's product or service strategies. Drive major capture efforts from start to finish, lead capture and efforts across a team, and support business staff in captures that are especially demanding. Guide the capture team members on the capture process and business development, coordinate large-scale proposal efforts and firm-wide initiatives, and lead capture efforts that have a measurable impact on business growth. Maintain a broad and collaborative network across the firm and engage in industry wide opportunities, networking, and publishing to build an internal and industry reputation as a recognized expert in capture management and business development for the National Cyber Platform. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in the IC

  • 5+ years of experience performing Business Development or Growth duties in the Federal market

  • Experience establishing internal and external customer relationships in the government and industry communities

  • Experience in the business development and capture management process, including the development of management, technical, and past performance approaches, cost volume management, teaming, pricing strategies, and competitive assessments

  • Experience creating and driving engagement-based approaches to the industry and customers, including driving whitespace growth and cross-selling capabilities and solutions into adjacent markets

  • Experience with government FFP, FFP LOE, and CPF contracts

  • Ability to engage with key client stakeholders to discuss firm capabilities and services on several large-scale projects, including driving program of record creation

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with the successful execution of all phases of large, multi-year capture efforts

  • Experience in Business Development and Capture Management, including bidding on and winning large FEDSIM competitive awards with the U.S. Government

  • Experience working with DoD acquisition centers and Key Client Mission Stakeholders

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word

  • Knowledge of technical background and Full Spectrum Cyber Operations, including CNO, CNA, and OCO development 

  • Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams, and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts

  • Ability to lead and coach team on the FEDSIM process

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
