Proposal Professional

The Opportunity:

The proposal process is the backbone of government consulting. As a proposal professional, you know the organization’s ability to win contracts is largely based on your efforts. We need a proposal expert like you to use your contract management, communication, and strategic planning expertise in our proposal development process, where you’ll make highly visible impact.

On our industry-leading team, you’ll work collaboratively with proposal professionals both within the National Cyber Platform, and across the firm. You’ll use your skills in project coordination, documentation management, communications, data analysis, technical writing, and training to support live proposals, organization of proposal materials, and develop and deliver training focused on implementing best practices across the platform to meet our clients' missions and deliver winning proposals. In addition to supporting the broader platform, you will support live growth opportunities by managing proposal components, including technical management, staffing, cost, past performance experience, and other critical need roles. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:  

  • Experience in project management, training, and data management
  • Knowledge of industry proposal practices in the public or private sectors
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:  

  • Master’s degree

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.

Colorado: $79,500 - $164,100 (annualized USD)

New York (including New York City): $83,900 - $196,900 (annualized USD)
