Subcontract Administrator, Mid

Key Role:

Provide subcontract administration support to Senior Subcontract Administrators, including pre- and post-award subcontract administration, and maintain responsibility for administering subcontracts, modifications, and task and delivery orders. Assist in the review of prime solicitation packages and draft and issue subcontract solicitation packages to support prime proposal. Conduct price analysis evaluation of subcontractor proposals and write subcontract price analysis narratives for prime contract proposals. Make entries into Booz Allen procurement systems, process task orders and modifications, and serve as the primary interface between Booz Allen Hamilton and subcontractors in the pre- and post-award phase. Assist in negotiating subcontract agreements, prepare small business subcontracting plans on proposal efforts, and ensure appropriate prime contract flow downs and firm or agency provisions are incorporated into subcontract agreements. Maintain subcontract files and ensure compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements and the Booz Allen Procurement Policy Manual. Work as part of a team and use effective communication in daily interactions with internal and external clients. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in procurement and subcontract administration with contractors supporting federal contracts

  • Experience with subcontract file documentation and CPSR requirements

  • Experience negotiating terms and conditions for subcontracts, nondisclosure agreements, and teaming agreements

  • Experience supporting capture and proposal activities for National Security and DoD acquisitions

  • Experience with multiple types of contracts, including FFP, FFP-LOE, T&M, CP Term, and LOE

  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)

  • HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with subcontracts or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in procurement and subcontracts administration

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with GSA schedules, GWACs, and IDIQs vehicles preferred

  • Experience with Small Business Subcontracting plans and outreach programs

  • Ability to display flexibility to perform as part of a team

  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment

  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office

  • Possess excellent time management and organization skills

  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 56,900 to 105,700.
