OpenText Content Suite Consultant

The Opportunity: 

You know that true progress is made at the intersection of business and tech, and as an OpenText Content Suite analyst, you’re highly skilled in both. Here, you’ll have the chance to work with an agile team as they develop digital products to support your clients’ most pressing missions. We’re looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.  

As an OpenText Consultant, you’ll develop leading-edge products to assist our clients in managing their digital content. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, testers, and project managers, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, develop user stories, and configure solutions. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in working on OpenText Content Server or OpenText products, including configuring Workflows and Widgets
  • 5+ years of experience in facilitating and documenting product user stories
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

  

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience working with Jira, including documenting issues and running project queries
  • Experience working with the HHS Enterprise Performance Lifecycle (EPLC)
  • Experience with the Agile development methodology
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent team-oriented, team building, presentation, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements. The proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.

Colorado: $57,800 - $119,200 (annualized USD)

New York (including New York City): $61,000 - $143,000 (annualized USD)
