Administrative Professional

Key Role:

Coordinate administrative and support functions in a headquarters organization with high level military and civilian personnel. Perform onboarding activities for new personnel, including processing access via common access cards, system authorization access requests, and government furnished equipment distribution. Track and monitor organization’s tasking system to ensure timely responses to task originators. Supports organization’s SharePoint site owner in maintaining and improving the site functions, organization, and user access. Network with other headquarters organizations administrators to accomplish clients' mission. Perform other duties as required and related to standard operating procedures and organization policies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with providing administrative support or executive assistance to senior military and civilian leaders
  • Experience in using SharePoint to collaborate workflows for recurring reports and meetings
  • Experience in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to develop status updates used to brief clients and leadership
  • Ability to work independently
  • Secret clearance
  • HS Diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in working in a military headquarters organization
  • Experience as a SharePoint administrator
