Defense Forensics and Biometrics Requirements Analyst, Mid

Key Role:
Coordinate with DoD enterprise stakeholders to identify requirements and capabilities to support current and future operational needs to support the warfighter. Participate in the identification, analysis, and evaluation of requirements, processes, and systems related to foreign threats, homeland security, or DoD business practices. Report changes, trends, and implications regarding the design and integration of evolving systems. Advise client leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Lead workshops, decision meetings, collaborative sessions, and executive briefings related to forensics and biometrics enterprise capabilities and requirements. Prepare and deliver high quality work products, including the development and maintenance of project schedules, reports, and resources. Solve complex information requirements problems via a combination of expert knowledge and analytic judgment.

Basic Qualifications:

-Knowledge of defense material system research, development, and acquisition management, including JCIDS requirement document development and processes

-Knowledge of material capabilities documents, including initial capabilities documents (ICDs), capability development documents (CDDs), capability production documents (CPDs), and the material requirements approval process
-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working in agile environments a plus

-Knowledge of DoD strategic planning, including developing and reviewing organizational strategies and implementation plans

-Knowledge of DoD processes and procedures at a Service, Joint, or Combatant Command organization

-Knowledge of the DoD Forensics and Biometrics enterprise

-Ability to work in a team environment and independently on assigned tasks

-Possession of excellent staff skills, including documentation, analytical, interfacing, and presentations
