Electromagnetic Spectrum Analyst

The Opportunity:

To grow effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Whether standing up a new organization, transforming an existing one, or transitioning an organization through a merger or split-up, our clients need a consultant who will take the time to learn the complexities of their mission and provide them with tangible advice on business process improvements, mission success, and standard methodologies. That’s why we need you, an Electromagnetic Spectrum Analyst who can analyze every aspect of your customers’ operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision. As an Electromagnetic Spectrum Analyst on our team, you’ll develop an overall picture of your client’s structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.

On our team, you’ll use discussions and engagements with stakeholders to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work on a path forward with team leads, team partners, the client, and senior decision makers.

This is your chance to gain experience in the Electromagnetic Spectrum Enterprise while learning new consulting skills. You’ll support Department of Defense (DoD) research, and analysis, and assist with the development of policies and capabilities that support implementation, operations, and sustainment of the Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Enterprise. You’ll develop briefs, issue papers, and white papers, provide meeting support, and assist the team in responding to client inquiries and tasks via formal DoD processes. Work in a team environment and client project settings and provide expertise to client engagements and project work streams. You’ll work with government organizations to assess, analyze, design, and implement recommendations.

Join us. The world can’t wait.
