As an HR and Business Process SME, you’ll bring your leadership, advising, and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in human capital and financial management. In this role, you’ll provide client-site support and work with key internal and external stakeholders across all Army Components to take part in the client’s system activities, provide input, and take part in senior-level briefings, as required. You’ll assist with onboarding and providing training and continuity for a growing team of HR and pay professionals who need to ramp up quickly from unit and battalion level operations to understanding how they relate to functions at the State and National levels. You’ll work with the program management team and the system integrator to facilitate the integration of personnel and pay processes to increase accuracy while reducing the manual workload to positively impact end users and organizations. You’ll coordinate across government entities in analyzing and implementing plans, policies, and operational procedures for HR and military pay operations. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience with Army National Guard Human Resources and Military Pay processes, systems, benefits, or regulations
- 2+ years of experience with Army National Guard Systems Integration Branch or Data Processing Branch integrating data from multiple personnel and pay systems of record
- 2+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft implementations, such as IPPS-A
- Experience with supporting Army National Guard mobilizations or Soldier Readiness Processing
- Ability to look beyond short-term gains to ensure long-term success
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- 2+ years of experience working as a Readiness NCO or unit administrator
- 2+ years of experience with change management, such as Business Process Reengineering or Six Sigma
- 2+ years of experience working with Recruiting or Retention roles
- 2+ years of experience working at the National Guard Bureau or Army Staff
- Experience with government operations, HR policies, and business operations
- Experience with Army Law, Regulation, and Policy analysis
- Ability to respond quickly to tasks and scheduling requests
- Possession of excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
