IT Transformation Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Identify and collect data sources. Analyze and extract key data and information. Evaluate and monitor data quality to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with analysis and road-mapping

  • Experience with process improvement, documentation, or quality management concepts

  • Knowledge of architecture frameworks, process modeling, and data modeling techniques

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visio

  • Ability to apply a variety of accepted analytical techniques to generate supporting data and solve business and technical problems

  • Ability to identify process organizational strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to define business and IT systems requirements

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working with the Department of Defense, including the Navy

  • Experience with developing DoDAF architecture products

  • Experience with analyzing the development of business and data architecture strategies, policies, and artifacts

  • Knowledge of Business Enterprise Architecture or Human Resource Management architectures and processes

  • Knowledge of industry-accepted standards and best practices related to strategic planning, portfolio management, and architecture development and management, including FEA, DODAF, BPMN, UML, ERD, and IDEF1X

  • Knowledge of developing and reviewing architectures, including in the support of transformation or system development

  • Ability to develop DOD architecture products

  • Master's degree

  • Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) certification
