Military Defense Analyst

Key Role:

Participate in the identification, analysis, and evaluation of policies, processes, systems, and instrumentation regarding foreign threats and homeland security. Serve as an Army Worldwide Individual Augmentee System (WIAS) analyst and perform scientific and technical intelligence analysis. Report changes, trends, and implications regarding the design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation. Solve complex information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices. Prepare briefings and reports on analysis methodology and results.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with an Army command, Corps, or division strength management

-Experience with using and analyzing Army personnel databases

-Top Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with using WIAS or related Army personnel databases, including the Integrated Total Army Personnel Database (ITAPDB)

-Knowledge of the Army Mobilization Processing System (DAMPS) and the Mobilization Deployment Information Processing System (MDIS)

-Officer, Warrant Officer, or Noncommissioned Officer Intermediate Level Education Graduate preferred
