Organization Transformation Architect and Business Development Lead

This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the Space client. As an organizational transformation and change consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop an organization strategy, implementation plan/roadmap, organization design, future state processes, engagement/communications plan, and performance management plan. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better. This position will require travel up to 35% to CONUS.

You Have:

  • Experience with designing, coordinating, and executing successful organization transformations for large-scale Fortune 100 or U.S. federal government organizations. Transformations can be around merger/acquisition, new organization stand-up/start-up, design/deployment of new technologies into an organization
  • Experience with researching and writing critical parts to government solicitations (Request For Proposals or RFPs) and other business development materials (e.g., business strategies, white papers, technical demonstrations/presentations) successfully
  • Experience with managing staff with various backgrounds and ambitions effectively and efficiently (including mentoring/learning techniques, excellent communication skills, and professional development/advancement advice)
  • Knowledge of various organization transformation disciplines such as but not limited to organization design, business process improvement, performance metrics, organization change management, strategic communications
  • Ability to manage high-profile projects for the U.S. Space Force including cost management, quality management, and innovation management. Must be able to bring in newest/latest methodologies, technologies/tools, techniques, and processes to projects. Must be able to engage with senior level (General Officer) clients while also motivating own team/staff
  • Ability to travel up to 35% across Continental U.S. (CONUS)
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with designing, coordinating, and executing organization transformations for large-scale Fortune 50 and U.S. military government organizations. Transformations can be around merger/acquisition, new organization stand-up/start-up, design/deployment of new technologies into an organization, and more
  • Experience with researching and writing critical parts to a government Request for Information (RFIs)
  • Knowledge of military space domain, business development strategies and tactics, and/or Fortune 50 transformations
  • Ability to travel and work in U.S. Space Force locations frequently (e.g., Colorado, California, Florida)
  • Top Secret Clearance
  • MA or MS degree
