The Opportunity:
When an organization has multiple moving parts in its processes, it can be difficult to critically examine them. To be more efficient and effective, they need a consultant who knows their mission end-to-end and provide ways to change for the better. That’s why we need you, an experienced process manager who will analyze every aspect of your customer’s operations and give them the steps to improve their process.
As a process manager on our team, you’ll coordinate the analysis of your client’s current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You’ll facilitate discussions with leadership and DoD representative that will refine your client’s definition of success and identify current frustrations. You’ll oversee the design of data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using process modeling techniques and future state models to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders. Using process improvement frameworks, you’ll provide your client with recommendations along with a solid grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect.

You Have:
7+ years of experience in business transformation and leading business process improvement initiatives
Experience with business process improvment within the DoD
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints
Ability to lead and support process improvement projects, Value Stream Analysis, and Kaizen
Ability to facilitate focus group meetings with various levels of DoD stakeholders and senior leadership
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Black Belt Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience with DoD requirements and acquisition processes
Knowledge of systems engineering
Ability to manage complex executive and multi-organizational relationships
Possession of excellent statistical and analytical skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
