Risk Management Professional
Key Role:
Manage the application of analytical risk management principles that enable organizations to achieve mission assurance by preparing for, preventing, mitigating, responding to and recovering from emergencies. Applies advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction and mentors and may supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Risk Management or Program Management
Knowledge of Risk management methodologies, tools, and processes, and program management principles and practices
Ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions for risk identification, mitigation, monitoring and control
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Risk Management Professional or DAWIA certification
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Risk Management supporting the Department of Defense or a federal agency
Knowledge of risk management tools and processes
Ability to collaborate with program teams to integrate risk management into all aspects of program planning and execution
Ability to document all risk management activities, maintaining a risk register and ensuring that all risk-related documentation is up-to-date and accessible
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
