As a security assistance program analyst, you'll bring your understanding of security cooperation or security assistance authorities to work on projects for the Department of Defense (DoD), planning and facilitating senior-level programs and meetings with DoD and interagency stakeholders. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to develop and coordinate approval for U.S. security assistance packages.
You’ll guide the work we do for the security cooperation mission area and the solutions we deliver for the national defense strategy.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with DoD security cooperation or security assistance program management, and planning and facilitating senior level programs and meetings with DoD cross-departmental and interagency stakeholders
- Experience working on security assistance to allies or partners
- Experience working on DoD acquisition, maintenance, and sustainment issues
- Knowledge of Presidential Drawdown Authority, Security Assistance Initiatives, and Foreign Military Financing programs and authorities
- Ability to work onsite at the Pentagon
- Ability to organize logistics for frequent in-person and virtual working group meetings
- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to develop read-ahead packages
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an International Affairs, Political Science, National Security, Resource Management, or Finance field
Nice If You Have:
- Experience drafting Action Memos, Information Memos, and other correspondence for senior leadership related to U.S. assistance packages
- Knowledge of DoD staffing protocols and DoD and interagency stakeholders
- TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
