Civil Health Business Transformation Leader

Key Role:

Lead and grow a lab science and public health preparedness or response business across the Health Account, including the entirety of our federal civil health business. Identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term business strategies to achieve target growth goals and expand business for the firm. Define, shape, and lead large-scale capture and proposal efforts. Lead the overall management and direction for client groups in areas, including strategy development focused on organizational processes and design, developing solutions that address efficiencies, strategic communications, and change management, and assisting clients with stakeholder analysis, relationship management, and outreach. Serve as a mentor to develop and guide diverse teams and leaders in defined business markets. Develop and strengthen relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers within client organizations to understand and address their highest-priority needs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience with the federal government or commercial consulting, including project delivery, client engagement, and relationship management
  • 7+ years of experience with leading teams in a collaborative, matrixed environment
  • Experience in working with federal health agencies and Public Health programs
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with leading strategic business transformation and change initiatives for senior executive clients
  • Experience with developing and implementing a business development plan to identify new opportunities, mature relationships, develop intellectual capital and proposals, and capture new business
  • Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Possession of excellent client relationship and facilitation skills
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $153,400.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
