Financial Analyst

Key Role:

Analyze, interpret, and implement financial concepts for financial control. Perform technical analysis to determine the accuracy of financial records. Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for real estate billing actions. Apply government policies and procedures to resolving rent bill management issues. Work on problems of limited scope. Follow standard practices and procedures when analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Build stable working relationships internally and receive detailed instructions on all work.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with manipulating Excel data sheets using functions that include filtering, vlook up, graphs, and fundamental formulas.

-Knowledge of financial analysis concepts, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

-Ability to work with basic math and financial concepts, including amortization schedules, past and future rent streams, consumer price index, and financial audits

-Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented

-Ability to show flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and procedures.

-Ability to prioritize workloads and adjust hours worked during the day to meet hard deadlines

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience with finance, accounting, or real estate transactions in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent customer service and teamwork skills
