IT Business Analyst

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll analyze client requirements and work closely with the Booz Allen Artificial Intelligence Project team. You will ensure consistent linkage and relationship between requirements and architectural models. You will collaborate closely with the client team and program leaders to analyze existing systems and solutions. You will work effectively with others and manage project business needs.

You Have:
4+ years of experience with business requirements analysis
Experience defining, translating, and simplifying business requirements
Experience documenting business rules and impacted processes or systems
Experience developing and modifying project business documentation
Ability to gather and document technical and operational requirements and provide traceability of requirements
Ability to recognize and differentiate between functional and design-level requirements and associated measures of effectiveness and performance
Ability to work closely with clients to communicate and capture information system requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
Experience with Agile processes related to development projects

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
