As a leader in systems engineering, we are looking for you to solve complex problems and shape national security space systems by leading agile systems engineering and integration efforts. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. Share your expertise through configuration management (CM) processes within planning, design, implementation, testing, and release phases of a developmental and operational system’s life cycle, while broadening your skillset into areas like cloud architecture and modern software lifecycle management. You will identify configuration items (CI), implement change control, and participate in review boards, all while working on a team to create and maintain software configuration baselines, including development, test, and production. Grow your skills by merging systems engineering and agile adoption of cloud technologies to create a resilient ground system infrastructure for space domain awareness across national security space programs. You Have:
· 3+ years of experience in systems engineering, including System Architecture and Design, Requirements Analysis and Management, Interface Definition and Management, Verification and Validation, or Trade Study Design and Execution
· Experience with providing systems engineering support to development, operations, or sustainment of DoD or IC programs
· Experience with Configuration Management tools and processes
· TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
· Bachelor’s degree in a science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) field
Nice If You Have:
· Experience with systems utilizing a cloud-based infrastructure
· Experience providing systems engineering support within an Agile environment, including using Agile tools, such as, JIRA and Confluence
· Knowledge of the Intelligence Community
· Possession of excellent organizational skills
· Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Agile Certification, including SAFe Agilist
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
