Staff Officer

Key Role:

Responsible for coordinating internal site functions, including provide support to the working level through high-ranking visitors and major events and coordinate distinguished visitor tours. Manage all aspects of the tours, including coordinating briefs, agendas, tours, and conference rooms, and brief leadership of upcoming visits regularly. Confirm photographic and video opportunities for the visitor and their supporting party while on tour. Ensure standard operating procedures are kept current and program documents are current and available to team members. Collaborate with senior leaders, mission partners, team members, and others to develop strategic plans for visits and major events. Provide direct operations and administrative support to leadership, including issue parking passes, conduct or coordinate data transfer requests, and support research, ad-hoc projects, and other administrative functions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 11+ years of experience in working with senior leaders and managing executive engagements

  • Experience with performing research, contributing to the preparation of analytical and technical reports, and maintaining hard and soft copy files

  • Experience with creating and maintaining databases, summary data, and spreadsheets

  • Experience in collaborating with multiple organizations to address office-level requirements

  • Experience with verbal and written communication and coordination, effectively working with individuals at all levels

  • Experience with using standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and spreadsheets to interrelate and present data effectively and brief senior leadership on priority issues

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
