3D Art Generalist, Mid

Key Role:

Work with a creative team to model and texture 3D assets creating high-quality models and textures in a variety of styles and levels of detail. Develop artwork for the applications and demonstrations that play an important role in how government clients meet their missions. Deliver high-quality artwork, hit deadlines, be a good problem solver, work well with others, communicate effectively, and be self-driven. Work with a team of experienced skill experts from a diverse range of backgrounds. Execute short- and long-term projects from rapid prototypes to multi-year sustainment efforts. Execute efforts in a collaborative work environment working on engaging and challenging projects with government and commercial clients. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with 3D asset creation

  • 1+ years of experience modeling in Maya, 3Dstudio Max, or Blender

  • Experience with modeling, UVing, and texturing

  • Ability to showcase artwork, including in a portfolio

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with ZBrush or Mudbox

  • Knowledge of Substance Painter

  • Knowledge of real-time game engines, including Unity, Unreal, or a custom in-house engine

  • Knowledge of areas of art creation, including Illustration, Concepting, Graphic Design, UI/UX, 3D Animation, 2D Animation, Rigging, or VFX

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 61,000 to 76,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
