Emerging Threat Trainer, Mid

Key Role:

Develop and deliver a variety of training programs to live and virtual audiences for existing and emerging threats, including counter threat and force protection, defeating threat devices, and network analysis. Maintain currency on tactics, techniques, and procedures for existing and emerging threats. Coordinate with clients to improve training facilities and employ existing and new equipment and training devices into exercises. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with the US military

-6+ years of experience with countering threats

-Secret clearance required

-HS diploma or GED and 10 years of experience with threat training, BA or BS degree and 6 years of experience with threat training, or MA or MS degree and 3 years of experience with threat training

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with military live, virtual, constructive, and gaming (LVC-G) training methods and procedures

-Experience with training Anti-threat/Force Protection

-Experience with curriculum development
