Security Manager and Construction Surveillance Technician
The Opportunity:
Performs a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of company and government sensitive and classified information. Applies specific functional knowledge and working and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance, and reviews or guides activities of junior employees.
You Have:
- Experience in SAP, sensitive compartmented information facilities (SCIFs), Collateral, and Industrial Security Programs
- Experience engaging with government security personnel
- Experience in construction surveillance or security, and using surveillance equipment and technology
- Knowledge of DOW SAP manuals and ICD 705
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in a construction environment, and construction site safety and security protocols
- Knowledge of technical surveillance countermeasures and construction principles, and military organization and culture
- Ability to be on call after hours for security issues
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) Certification
Nice If You Have:
- Experience at USAF or other DoD installations
- Knowledge of DoD Facilities Construction
- Ability to clearly communicate security related topics to senior leaders
- Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
