PNT Embedded Software Engineer

As an Embedded Software Engineer on our Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) team, you have the chance to design software and virtual environments for systems and standards in support of some of the most challenging PNT missions. Your embedded software development and DevSecOps skills will be vital as you help lead development and implementation of a DevSecOps Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for embedded software systems and virtual Systems Integration Labs (vSIL). You’ll develop your skills in embedded software and DevSecOps while gaining experience in PNT systems and vSIL deployment. Grow your skills by merging PNT technical domain interest, DevSecOps skills and knowledge with problem solving to create cutting edge implementation of DevSecOps for embedded systems/software. You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with Embedded Software Development
  • Experience with developing and implementing software for embedded systems
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with developing and implementing a DevSecOps CI/CD Pipeline
  • Experience with Open Systems Architectures (OSA) and Modular Open System Architecture (MOSA) efforts and DoD policies
  • Experience with emerging PNT and complementary technologies in advanced clocks and timing devices, inertial guidance systems, and other non-radio frequency based PNT methods
  • Experience with designing and implementing rapid prototyping projects to either create a proof-of-concept or demonstrate key technologies quickly in a PNT or Space related area
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies or architecture development for multi-domain, including Space, Ground, and Air infrastructure
  • Experience with iterative development projects for complex hardware and software systems
  • MA or MS degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Agile Certified Practitioner
