Facilities Project Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Lead the development of client facilities and infrastructure requirements throughout the life cycle via creative approaches which achieve functional end-states. Develop innovative solutions based on advanced principles within the facilities industry. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
  • Experience with collecting requirements, preparing Statements of Work, conducting market research, and developing other documentation as necessary
  • Ability to coordinate activities with base building architecture, engineering, real estate, construction and space planning efforts with various customers
  • Ability to assist in coordination of operations, maintenance, repair, inspections for all equipment and mechanical rooms
  • Ability to assist with coordination of activities with trade shops, including work orders and recap projects
  • Ability to prepare and distribute project communication with customers, management, integrated project teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct pre-bid and pre-construction site visits
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS Diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with reviewing and approving shop drawings and submittals
  • Ability to stay abreast of industry best practices
  • Ability to assist Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) with acquisition planning, execution and administration
  • Ability to manage the project design or construction effort
  • Ability to provide weekly project status reports
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
