The Opportunity:
We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. This pivotal role will drive initiatives relative to Data Modernization, Analytics with AI & ML with Program Oversight by capturing client requirements, designing and implementing robust solutions, crafting persuasive proposals, and developing prototypes. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in architecting solutions on leading cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) capabilities related to Data pipelines, Analytics.
Your responsibilities include providing strategic governance to ensure that our solutions adhere to best practices and effectively address client needs relative to data and analytics and oversight for program success. While a solid understanding of cloud technologies is essential, the primary focus will be on the comprehensive integration and optimization of these technologies within our solutions.

You Have:
10+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on enterprise solutions for data and analytics and developing AI and ML models
7+ years of experience in engaging with clients to comprehend their business requirements, technical needs, and preferred program and project management
5+ years of experience in pre-sales with capture management and successful proposal writing and bid response
Experience in leadership with process improvement methods and high-performance team coaching
Knowledge of cloud technology and capabilities across AWS and Microsoft Azure IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS
Knowledge of designing and implementing solutions using a variety of cloud and hybrid technology to meet client requirements that delivers innovation and technical modernization while reducing technical debt
Ability to envision and develop prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions
Ability to lead development teams with agile and waterfall methodologies and manage time and resource constraints
Master's degree in a Data, Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, Technology, or Engineering field

Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
