Collection Plans and Data Coordinator

The Opportunity: 

As an intel analyst, you know that the intelligence community provides national leaders the information they need to keep our country safe. As a collection plans and data coordinator at Booz Allen, you’ll use your proficient problem-solving skills to secure national assets through research and analysis of sensitive information. We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients obtain information superiority and keep the warfighter safe.

As a collection plans and data coordinator on our team, you’ll work with our U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) clients in the areas of intelligence collection, threat analysis, development and dissemination of targeting products, and emerging technologies. You will manage all source intelligence in the planning, collection, and operational execution of integration requirements across the Services, Allies, and Partner Nations within the Indo-Pacific Joint Coalition Fires enterprise to achieve maximum effects against selected targets, including Manned and Unmanned Aerial Platform Operations, Kinetic and Non-Kinetic Effects (NKE), Specialized Military Information Support Operations (MISO), and Mitigation of Risk to Mission and Risk to Force.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in computer science, engineering, or technology

  • Experience in data fusion, intelligence analysis, or in an advanced analytical role

  • Experience with the management and synchronization of all source intelligence collection, analytical Intel methods, data collection management and Intelligence Community (IC) management systems, including national and tactical collection management operations

  • Experience with organizational knowledge management using technology-based systems, operational assessment, intelligence collaboration, and joint planning and oversight processes

  • Knowledge of network and information exchange technologies, including TCP/IP, RESTful, SOAP, or HTTP

  • Knowledge of Joint Fires targeting, and Intel processes, principles, and methods

  • Top Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Knowledge of the planning continuum, including the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP), Joint Operating Concepts (JOC), and Joint Capabilities Areas (JCA)

  • Knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy, and USINDOPACOM plans, including Theater Campaign Plans and Theater Security Cooperation Plans

  • Knowledge of U.S. national plans and policy, including National Security Strategy (NSS), National Military Strategy (NMS), Unified Command Plan (UCP), Guidance for Employment of the Force (GEF), and Joint Strategic Campaign Plan (JSCP)

  • Knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), including mission analysis, and course of action development, analysis, comparison, recommendation, and approval

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including to provide information, articles, written reports, and presentations, including delivering executive summaries to flag and general officers (FO/GO) and Senior Executive Service (SES)-level officials

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or a related technical field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
