As a Force Management and Training, Exercise, and Employment Plan (TEEP) Analyst, you’ll bring your strategic and analytical background to work on projects for the U.S. Marine Corps. Your research and analytical skills will bolster the planning and execution of deployment and redeployment priorities. You will help develop joint and allied doctrine, concepts, and assessments that prepare the client to respond to crisis across the globe. You’ll prepare materials and documents supporting TEEPs for USMC operational forces. You'll apply your excellent writing and briefing skills to projects supporting executive-level clients. You’ll impact the work we do for the U.S. Marine Corps and the solutions we deliver to the Joint Force. Further your career while creating mission-forward solutions that matter.

You Have:
2+ years of experience working for the Department of Defense
Experience with the USMC Force Management Tool (FMT)
Knowledge of the GFM process
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with senior military and civilian leaders
Ability to help manage multi-stakeholder forums and capture key outputs for senior leaders
Ability to work independently and collate disparate information to create project plans
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience working on a joint staff
Experience entering Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD) into the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES)
Experience drafting materials for senior executive leadership and talking points for a general officer staff and headquarters
Knowledge of the Force Deployment Planning and Execution (FDP&E) process
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
