As a Current Operations Analyst, you’ll bring your operational and tactical expertise to work on projects for the United States Marine Corps (USMC). You’ll research, develop, analyze, and assess, and plan to support current operations of USMC and its Major Subordinate Commands. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and homeland security as part of service and joint missions.
You’ll guide the work we do for the USMC and the solutions we deliver for military missions and defense planning.

You Have:
3+ years of experience at the Marine Air Ground Task force (MAGTF), Fleet, or Major Subordinate Command level
Experience with the Marine Corps planning process or military decision-making process
Experience with Naval Integration, Joint Operations, or Expeditionary Operations
Experience in working with and participation in Naval exercises involving U.S. Marine and Navy forces
Experience in drafting or developing Tasking Orders (TASKORDs), Operations Orders (OPORDS), Deployment Information Messages (DIMS), and Letters of Instructions (LOIs) for Marine Expeditionary Units (MEUs) and Task Forces
Knowledge of Marine Corps concepts, doctrine, and campaign plan design
Ability to assist in developing products, briefs, orders, and policy at an executive level
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
3+ years of experience in project management
Experience with coordinating Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) or Special Operations Forces interoperability events
Experience with Indo-Pacific Command Area of Responsibility and Central Command Area of Responsibility
Experience with the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP)
Experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
Graduate of the Marine Corps Command and Staff College
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
