This is an opportunity to develop comprehensive Human Capital Management solutions in the National Space community.  As a Competency Development Specialist, you’ll use your expertise to deliver competency framework alterations that will impact business processes and design to develop a change strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience in the industrial and organizational psychology or strategic human capital field  

• 3+ years of experience with human capital study methods, including competency modeling, and job analysis  

• Experience with gathering subject matter expert (SME) input through interviews, facilitated sessions, surveys, and focus groups  

• Knowledge of change management methodologies

• Ability to conduct job analysis and validate competency models for selection and development purposes.

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph  

• Bachelor's degree 

Nice if You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with the intelligence community (IC) 

• Experience with career pathing, presenting briefings, and working with senior leadership teams

• Ability to support multiple initiatives and balance resources and time to meet iterative requirements and changing priorities concurrently  

• Ability to prepare and brief senior executives on complex business topics  

• Ability to articulate a future state vision for change, associated pros and cons, and a transition roadmap  

• Possession of excellent organizational skills  

• Master's degree in Psychology or Industrial and Organizational Psychology  

Clearance:
