It’s why we’re looking for someone like you—a Competency Development Specialist, Sen who can identify long term goals and create the processes needed to achieve them.
This is an opportunity to develop comprehensive Human Capital Management solutions in the National Space community. As a Competency Development Specialist, you’ll use your expertise to deliver competency framework alterations that will impact business processes and design to develop a change strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

You Have:
3+ years of experience in the industrial and organizational psychology or strategic human capital field
3+ years of experience with human capital study methods, including competency modeling, and job analysis
Experience with gathering subject matter expert (SME) input through interviews, facilitated sessions, surveys, and focus groups
Knowledge of change management methodologies
Ability to conduct job analysis and validate competency models for selection and development purposes.
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree
Nice if You Have:
3+ years of experience with the intelligence community (IC)
Experience with career pathing, presenting briefings, and working with senior leadership teams
Ability to support multiple initiatives and balance resources and time to meet iterative requirements and changing priorities concurrently
Ability to prepare and brief senior executives on complex business topics
Ability to articulate a future state vision for change, associated pros and cons, and a transition roadmap
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Master's degree in Psychology or Industrial and Organizational Psychology
Clearance:
