Digital Transformation Consultant, Business and Process Analyst Product Manager, Mid

Key Role:

Work with an application being developed and supported by a government client. Develop requirements for IT applications and work in a help desk function and elicit the requirements needed to carry out business processes, including user feedback and inquiries, interviews, intelligence analysis, and survey assessments. Translate business needs, processes, and procedures into a workable system and articulate on specific software requirements by communicating about these requirements with technology experts and business stakeholders. Work closely with business architects and other technology staff to deliver project results while implementing risk analysis and meeting required deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience gathering and writing business and software requirements
  • Experience working with stakeholder using analysis to quickly learning customer business processes and stakeholder needs
  • Experience working and collaborating with technical staff and engineers
  • Experience working with clients and stakeholders to recommend prioritization of new system features and improvements
  • Experience working on projects with multiple integrated systems
  • Experience identifying documentation gaps and creating documentation items where there are none
  • Experience working with software system diagrams
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Jira, Microsoft Visio, systems engineering, software engineering
  • Experience with Agile and AWS
  • Experience with product management specifically with the management of stakeholder expectations while prioritizing a product roadmap while working with a product backlog preferred
  • Experience working with management leadership in the Intelligence Community
  • Experience tracking and recording projects goals against achieving results
  • Ability to constantly learn on the job with a willingness to jump in and fill in the gaps as needed
  • Ability to be a team player and collaborate and while working independently competing tasks
  • Ability to quickly learn customer business processes and stakeholder needs
  • Agile or AWS certification a plus
