Human Capital Specialist, Mid

Key Role: 

Serve as a member of a client team and engage with client staff to establish a successful human capital program. Prepare data for multiple organizational levels, including summaries of item-level findings, identification of organizational strengths and areas for improvement, and benchmarking against DoD and federal agencies.  Partner with the recruitment team and engage with client staff to source applicants to efficiently and effectively fill open positions and build a pipeline to meet future needs.

Basic Qualifications: 

-2 years of experience with human resources (HR), strategic human capital, training or recruiting 

-Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint

-Experience with maintaining and organizing electronic files

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph 

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications: 

-Experience with creating and maintaining project plans and process maps

-Experience with data entry

-Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines 

-Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including analyzing problems, conducting research, and evaluating options for action 

-Possession of excellent consulting and client relationship skills
