IV&V Systems Engineer, Lead

The Challenge:

You are a technical practitioner with many talents, but now you feel the need to lead the effort—to make things happen on larger scale. Teams of cyber experts need a leader that speaks their language; understands the requirements; finds the resources necessary to bring projects to fruition; and eliminates any obstacles on the path to mission success. The mission you will lead this team to accomplish is not just some nondescript bar in a Gantt chart or the closure of a set trouble-ticket quota. This mission is a cyber effort within the intelligence community—with real impact seen in the headlines and untold accomplishments made quietly in the shadows. Are you ready to take your knowledge, skill, and experience to the next level and lead a team that overcomes the most daunting challenges in the cyber realm?

As a Senior Systems Engineer on our project, you will serve as the Technical Lead of a diverse team of cyber professionals. You will synchronize the efforts of sub teams comprised of traditional software testers, digital forensics examiners, malware analysts, and specialized automated test developers. You will work directly with the client in channeling the dynamic workflow of mission essential projects to the appropriate experts on your team; coordinate the efforts of multiple teams to evaluate select technical requirements; devise new test techniques to address emerging technology challenges; and implement long term plans to address strategic mission needs of the client. As a Technical Lead on our team, you will be entrusted to meet with multiple government agency mission partners, conduct high-level technical exchanges, and ensure our client is keeping up with the latest capabilities. Join us and start your progression from cyber practitioner to cyber leader. Empower change with us
