Risk Management Systems Engineer, Lead

Your role will involve identifying risks, issues, and opportunities (RIOM), implementing effective risk controls, fostering collaboration across teams to coordinate risks, and facilitating review boards. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of risk configuration while ensuring transparent communication of risk changes.

You Have: 

  • 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, including System Architecture and Design, Requirements Analysis and Management, Interface Definition and Management, Verification and Validation, or Trade Study Design and Execution

  • 5+ years of experience with Risk Management tools and processes

  • Experience with providing systems engineering support to the development, operations, or sustainment of DoD or IC programs

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with systems utilizing a cloud-based infrastructure 

  • Experience with providing systems engineering support within an Agile environment, including using Agile tools, such as, JIRA and Confluence 

  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Community 

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent organizational skills

  • Agile certification, such as SAFe or Agilist

Clearance:  

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
