Key Role:

Coach a development team on Scrum principles and help the team focus on sprint goals and achieve their highest performance level to ensure the Scrum project is successfully progressed. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor or supervise team members, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in working with technology

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum master or requirements analyst role

• Experience with requirement or business analysis

• Knowledge of Jira

• Ability to lead agile transformation effort

• Ability to work collaboratively to establish enterprise Agile processes for a large program

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• Agile Certification
