Signals Intelligence Technical Analyst

Key Role:

Leverage SIGINT and non-SIGINT data sources to close discovery gaps, optimize client systems, and enhance the client’s ability to pursue essential data. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with SIGINT and supporting the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC)

-Experience in working with SIGINT architecture, including the sensor and ground infrastructure for IC’s Commercial Cloud Services (C2S)

-Knowledge of the IC and DoD directives governing intelligence activities and oversight

-Ability to employ Information and Communication Technology (ITC) tools, applications, services, Microsoft Office Tools, SharePoint, and distant learning aids

-Ability to gather data and information from multiple sources and fuse it into a succinct and relevant product response

-Ability to manage databases, make changes in SharePoint sites per assigned editorial permissions, and write discrepancy reports for task outside editorial permissions

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with providing direct support to the IC or DoD services and Combat Commands

-Experience with leading, managing, and implementing projects or programs

-Experience with implementing, employing, or providing support to IC and DoD Cloud-based construct, including Commercial Cloud Services or applications and tools, including Amazon Web Services

-Knowledge of contracts to manage IC and DoD programs or projects

-Knowledge of research, development, test, and evaluation procedures and concepts employed to advance the management of signals and its data manipulation

-Ability to perform confidently around senior government and military clients with clear and concise communication, both written and orally.

-Ability to make unilateral decisions in accordance to local guidelines under quick turn-around circumstances

-Ability to write at an instructional and technical level

-MA or MS degree in a technical, scientific, or program and project management field

-Compliance, Program and Project Management, or Information and Communication Technology Certification

Clearance:
