The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a strategy consultant like you who will work with organizations to determine long-term goals, identify business opportunities and potential growth areas, and develop action plans for organizations to achieve their long-term objectives. 

This is an opportunity to use data-driven solutions to address the human factors affecting an organization’s ability to reach its strategic objectives. As a strategy consultant on our team, you’ll engage with clients at the senior level to help them understand their organization and crystalize their goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision and maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are accurate. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll develop measures and guidelines for strategy planning and provide multiple paths they can take to transform HR programs. As the strategy expert, you’ll anticipate your client’s needs as you create their way forward. Throughout the strategy lifecycle, you’ll identify opportunities to expand services to new and existing clients. Join us and lead change for the better.

You Have:  

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial or government consulting focused on organization or workforce transformation, operating model or organizational diagnostics and design, and performance improvement

  • Experience presenting to clients or decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences, including technical and non-technical

  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 

  • Ability to consult on and share specific Human Capital expertise 

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Bachelor’s degree 

Nice If You Have:  

  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense 

  • Ability to display confidence and maturity to work with senior executives 

  • Ability to demonstrate an interest in a profession in Human Resources through professional organizations, coursework, certifications, or conference attendance

  • Possession of excellent leadership, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills using Microsoft tools such as Visio

  • Master’s degree 

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
